Depending on your mission, project or expedition we offer different services.
We have a particular skill set for air-based missions, all over the world. Weather and information, checking the airfields (hours, fuels, etc.) filing or changing flight plans, booking or changing hotels, transport, restaurants, tracking, etc. You can ask for a service and have it done 'immediately' with confirmation (or additional options) coming back to you. Through our local partners we are able able to supply AVGAS to almost any location globally. Part of the service includes the supply of AIRCREW badges, which also greatly facilitate your task.
Access to reliable weather reports, pre-arrival preparations for harbours, emergency, blogs, business, family and social messaging - all are possible via our operations room in Brussels. Add our tracking facility (for anyone to access worldwide) and we supply a level of support that simply makes life easier ( and safer).
We specialise in the movement of people and equipment in, out and through difficult environments. Be you there for work or play, we are the improved (and cheaper) alternative to a satphone - and with the full Tripfixx service you get access to the world easily and cheaply. Need a spare part? Just let us know what it is (we already know where you are). We'll do all the work to find the closest available and get it to you. The next message you'll get could be a simple ETA of what you're needing. Change hotels, advice on visas, update your blog or make a tweet - all possible from the middle of nowhere. No problem.
The Tripfixx service is based upon three components and you, the client, can choose which components you want to use or combine.
We use the Iridium satellite network (fully global from pole to pole) to track you or your teams, movements as often or little as you like (from every minute, to user-activated). The position reports are then uploaded in real time to your own map site (both street map and topographical). This data can also be extracted/linked to your own software or website as required. The hardware is about the size of a large (and old) mobile phone, weighs 300g and the battery lasts up to a year on a single charge (dependant user demands).
Using the same network you can both send and receive text messages (with position data included automatically). In the unlikely event you are underground or deep in a building the messages will wait until the connection returns and will then be sent automatically. This communication system is considerably more reliable and easier (and cheaper) than attempting voice calls. Additionally there is a distress button which immediately alerts all designated recipients (by both email and text message) with your location – greatly accelerating the Search and Rescue process (and almost eliminating the time-consuming ‘Search’ phase).

Faster clearances through professional appearance. An Aircrew badge identifies your crew in the same way as a uniform. Our personalised cards are essential for aircrew members to be identified at international airports both ground and airside - a convenient, internationally recognized form of identification.
We manufacture customised employee badges in both small and large quantities (minimum one!). Additionally, crew card holders have been granted certain discounts, such as crew rates at hotels and car rental companies, after showing our Aircrew Card.
One Aircrew Card costs 70 Euro and is valid for three years from the date of issue. Extremely good value and even better with a group discount (for companies, clubs, etc.).
We use our 'dog-tag' machine (US milspec) for equipment and personnel identification.
